Shadow Warrior 2 Free on GOG for your Little while

DRM-free digital retailer GOG is giving away free copies of Devolver Digital and Flying Wild Hog’s Shadow Warrior 2 on PC to get a little while.

The giveaway is happening included in GOG’s 10th anniversary, where users could vote a single of three games to assert for free the 2009 week. The other two games that did not win the vote were Campo Santo’s Firewatch and Superhot by way of the Superhot Team. Each games are currently available for sale at 75% and 50% off, respectively, alongside other new and classic games provided by the service.

GOG users can check out the game’s store page to say the free offer, even though it will be available until Saturday, Oct. 6. The sport download is freed from any DRM making it literally downloading an installer file to put in the sport straight to the pc, no external launcher like Steam required. GOG does have their own optional installer, GOG Galaxy, which recently added cloud saves for the platform.

Shadow Warrior 2 is definitely the sequel to 2013’s Shadow Warrior, that’s a reboot on the 1997 first-person shooter. Our review praised the experience for the fast action, plentiful upgrades and four-player co-op, but happened back by its stale jokes and little relationship with the previous title.
